These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of exopulls.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. The Service may not be available where prohibited by law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referrals.

3. Deposits and virtual items

Deposits are made in cryptocurrency and convert to an in-platform balance. Packs, cards, coupons and other items are virtual items licensed to you for use within the Service. They are not legal tender. Crypto transactions are irreversible.

4. Pack odds

Each pack displays its drop rates for every rarity tier. Outcomes are determined at the time of opening using those rates. No specific card or tier is guaranteed in any pack.

5. Marketplace and redemption

The marketplace lets users list, buy and make offers on cards. Fees may apply and are shown before you confirm. Physical redemption is available for eligible cards, subject to accurate shipping details and availability.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service to break the law, exploit bugs, manipulate odds or pricing, launder funds, use bots or automation, or harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and digital items have no guaranteed monetary value.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exopulls is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from blockchain networks, lost credentials or third-party services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
