- Wallet and transaction data: deposit addresses, on-chain transactions, balances, purchases and trades made on the platform.
- Shipping data: name and address, only if you redeem a physical card.
- Usage data: IP address, browser/device information and activity logs, used for security and to operate the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, process deposits and pack openings, run the marketplace and redemptions, prevent fraud and abuse, send service emails such as email verification, and improve the platform.
