The guarantee applies to eligible cards that are submitted for physical redemption through Exopulls.
Equivalent replacement
If the exact delivery cannot be completed, Exopulls may provide an equivalent replacement card when available.
2x compensation
If an equivalent replacement is not possible, eligible redemptions can receive 2x compensation based on the eligible card value.
What is not covered
- Cards that are not eligible for physical redemption.
- Shipping issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer address details.
- Cases where tracking confirms delivery to the address submitted and no carrier issue is found.
- Marketplace price movement after redemption. The guarantee is based on eligible card value under the guarantee terms.
How a claim is handled
1. Track the shipment
Follow the shipment status in your vault. Tracking and carrier details appear after the package leaves fulfillment.
2. Contact support with evidence
Share the redemption record, tracking status, photos if relevant, and a short description of the delivery issue.
3. Exopulls reviews the outcome
The team verifies eligibility and determines whether replacement or compensation applies.
