TCG Rarity Tiers Explained: Bronze to Exo

Exopulls sorts every card into five rarity tiers. Here's what Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Exo mean for value and pull rates.

Every card on Exopulls belongs to one of five rarity tiers. The tier drives both how often a card appears and how much it tends to be worth. Here's the ladder.

The five tiers

  • Bronze: the most common pulls and the base of every collection.
  • Silver: a step up in scarcity and value.
  • Gold: genuinely rare and a strong pull from any pack.
  • Platinum: high-value chase cards.
  • Exo: the rarest tier on the platform and the headline pull.

Tier vs. value

Higher tiers are rarer and usually carry higher base prices, which feeds into marketplace pricing and sell-back values. But value within a tier still varies card to card. Set, grade and demand all matter.

Reading a pack's tier odds

Each pack lists the chance of every tier. A pack built for Exo hunters will show a higher Exo percentage; a value pack spreads its odds across the lower tiers. Match the pack to your goal.
